High quality modern Motorhome, ideal for families

We collected the Camper early, after Steve had agreed an early pick up time. This was much appriciated, as we had a long journey to the Lake District. However, we didnt realise that an early pick up comprised basic cleanliness in the camper eg dirty cutlery, utensils, food on floor, urine on top mattress that caused our bedding to smell.
The reversing camera wasnt working, door latch broken(so couldnt leave door open), smell of sewerage when driving.
Lovely camper van and we still enjoyed our trip away, but these things did impact our overall stay.
Dissapointed that during the current situation, with Covid more effort wasnt put in to basic clenliness.
The owner Steve, did not respond to our complaint about the urine smelling mattress and basically excused the dirty camper, because we collected early.
Our lesson from this is check everything on collection thoroughly.
We like most people were in a hurry to set off and trusted the camper had been checked.

We've booked several motorhomes and this one stands out as clearly the most pleasant and convenient. The layout is perfect with door at the rear, all beds are easy to set up and easily fit 6, there's ample storage with perfect cupboards, handy folding steps, good heating, good fridge, good autonomy (we never hooked up in 3 weeks). We'd buy it !
In addition, the owner is easy to deal with and you can park your car at the pickup location.
The only shortcomings I can think of are the tiny wheel wedges, the inoperative rear camera and the lack of table + chairs (just bring yours).

Steve was responsive and helpful. The motor home drives nice and smooth, and the beds are as comfortable as can be expected. There are four seatbelts in the back but only two of them are shoulder belts, and they are both on the same side of the table, so kids will have to sit very close together to be safely strapped in.

Lots of USB outlets! The car stereo is basic with no Bluetooth but there is an auxiliary port so you can still hook up your phone.

The fridge is a lot bigger than expected, and it and the freezer are the perfect temperature.

The only disappointing feature is the water pressure and toilet system. Re: pressure - the water pump is tiny and there wasn't really enough pressure to wash my chin-length hair. As for the toilet, maybe we were doing something wrong, but the bathroom always smelled strongly like a porta potty. Also the bathroom definitely could have been a lot cleaner. I had to clean it properly, myself, as we were moving in.

Overall a great experience and will definitely use Camptoo again. Thank you!

It's nice spacious Campervan. It has everything what you need. Everything works very well. Steve is also very nice and friendly.

Steve was helpful and responsive to all our messages. It's a great motorhome with everything you need for a holiday. Performance wise it coped really well with the ups and downs of the Lakes and cruised along comfortably on main roads. The living space worked out really well for us with a very spacious and surprisingly comfortable over-cab king-size bed and the bunkbeds at the back meaning we didn't need to collapse the dining table (although you could if needed). The van was really warm with the central heating system and the kitchen was well fitted out with all the required crockery and utensils plus good sized fridge and freezer. Handy to have the 4-bike rack too and plenty of storage at the back. Also very handy to have so many USB ports available for the kids to keep their devices going! We had a lovely week split between the Lakes and East Yorks. My only small niggle is that it could have been a bit cleaner inside when we got the motorhome initially but otherwise we were really happy with what we got and enjoyed our week away!

Great camper and wonderful experience. This camper is designed for tall people and I loved it because it was really nice to spend time inside or walk around. We are a family of 4 and having 6 beds was definitely a good choice because we didn't have to dismount any table every night to prepare the beds (even though from youtube it looked a fairly easy job to do). There was a nice kitchen with everything included such as cutlery, pans, kettle, microwave, oven and a gas-powered cooker. Good toilet and full-size shower. Everything clean and perfectly working.
This camper was also surprisingly easy to drive and I loved the cruise control. Steve and his wife were great in providing an outstanding support for our trip, explaining us everything and always doing their best to help in any possible way. Great people. I really recommend them and their lovely Motorhome.
